Purchases on the site www.massiliadental.com are of the BtoB type. They are firm and final.

Unlike BtoC (individual) sales between professionals are firm.

 

Only returns following a criminal or transport breakage will be accepted.

You must abruptly inform us of the problem within 48 hours maximum and send us 6 photos (3 photos of the packaging and the label and 3 photos of the damage)

In the absence of photos within 48 hours, the return request will not be retained.

 

To be able to be returned, your article must be unused and in the state you received.

He must also be in his original package.

The return of certain types of goods is not authorized.

Thus, health products, dangerous materials or substances, liquids, monomers or flammable gases cannot be taken up.

 

Important: Following a return outside the legal criteria, restocking costs will be billed up to 10% of the amount including tax. (With invoice).

Return shipping:
