The Erkoform-3D Motion is the first Erkodent device with an automated thermoforming process.

Automation is limited to the truly useful work step, the actual thermoforming process.

No need to move to handle the hot sheet on the thermoforming model.

Program the sheet, insert the sheet, start the heating process, and the Erkoform-3D Motion does the rest!

The thermoforming process and cooling time are carried out automatically.

• Contactless temperature sensor for precise determination of the actual temperature of the thermoforming material, independent of the environment.

• The indicated thermoforming temperature and cooling time can be adjusted for special applications without influencing the basic program.
• The touchscreen provides information about the current process and remaining time.
• Frequently used sheets, new sheets, and even modified factory parameters can be saved as favorites.

Special functions allow starting or stopping the heating and vacuum pump.

Safety shutdown after 10 sec. if the next work steps are not executed.

For creating reservoirs for splints, use the Erkoskin material, thermoforming-resistant.
