Monobond plus premium collage ivoclar

Monobond® Plus is a universal primer allowing chemical adhesion with collages composites (eg variolink and multilink ranges).

Usable on all indirect restoration materials (ceramic, crystalline ceramic, metal, composite and reinforced composite with glass fibers).

Application of prosthetic restorations with Monobond Plus:

1. Catering preparation:

1.1 Vitroceramic restorations (eg IPS Empress®).

• Mordance with a 5% fluorer acid (eg IPS® Ceramic Etching Gel) for 60 seconds, or depending on the instructions in the user of the restoration material.
• Rinse carefully with a spray of water and dry with air free of oil.

1.2 Vitroceramic restorations with lithium disilical (eg IPS E.MAX® Press, IPS E.MAX CAD).

• Mordance with a 5% fluorer acid (e.g. IPS® Ceramic Etching Gel) for 20 seconds, or depending on the instructions for the user of the restoration material.
• Rinse carefully with a spray of water and dry with air free of oil.

1.3 Zirconium oxide (eg IPS E.MAX Zircad) or ceramics alumina oxides.

• Sand the surface of the catering (sandblasting parameters comply with instructions in the user of the restoration material).
• If necessary, clean the catering with ultrasound for about 1 minute.
• Rinse carefully with a spray of water and dry with an air free of oil.

IMPORTANT! In order to create strong membership, do not clean ceramic oxide surfaces with a phosphoric acid.

Sand the surface of the restoration (sandblasting parameters conforming to the instructions for the user of the restoration material) until you obtain a regular, matt or non -shiny surface.

• If necessary, clean the catering with ultrasound for about 1 minute.
• Rinse carefully with a spray of water and dry with an air free of oil.

IMPORTANT! In order to create strong membership, do not clean metal surfaces with a phosphoric acid.

1.5 Conditioning composite and reinforced composite restorations with glass fibers in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturer of the restoration material.

• Apply a thin layer of more monobonde using a brush or micro-pinceau on pre-adjustment surfaces (when processing crowns, avoider).
• Leave the material to act for 60 seconds. Then disperse the excess material with a breath of strong air.
• 3. Apply collage composite (e.g. Variolink® Esthetic or Multilink® Automix) according to instructions in the user manual, and insert the restoration.

IMPORTANT! NPLUS. This can cause contaminations.

• Carefully close the bottle immediately after use to avoid the evaporation of the solvent.
• Keep away from heat sources.
• Avoid contact with the skin and mucous membranes.
• In case of accidental contact with the skin, wash immediately with large amounts of water.
• Do not use Monobond more beyond the expiration date.
• Keep the product between 2 and 28 ° C.
