• Indication: Wiron®-Lot is a nickel supply material intended to weld dental parts in nickel-chrome alloys.
• Allows you to weld crowned and bridges.

Data techniques:

The welding seal must be approximately 0.2 mm and coating with a slight layer of minoxyd (ref. 52530).

Immerately avoid any contact between the fondant and ceramics to avoid the risks of manufacturing ceramics.

Form a founding ball and introduce it into the welding seal.

Upstantly warm the welding part to a sufficient temperature before reaching the working temperature.

• This requires bringing the welding block to a lower temperature of 150 ° C to the working temperature (liquidus temperature + approximately 50 ° C) for a period of 3 to 5 minutes, depending on its size.
• Then heat to obtain the working temperature, which should be used for one minute.
• Once the welding is complete, treat the surface following the instructions for using the alloy used (eg grinding, sanding).
