PEEK OYSTER JUVORA disc, High performance polymer - 98 mm.
High performance polymer alternative to metal for dental prostheses.
Juvora, PEEK disc suitable for CAD-CAM manufacturing, can be machined wet or dry.
Innovlanc® Medical PEEK Juvora discs, homogeneous industrial mills with high mesh in pure PEEK Optima® LT1 Biocompatible.
- Production of removable metal restorations.
- Removable constructions on implants.
- Glued/cemented reinforcements.
- Juvora Polymère Peek Optima® LT1, successfully used for many years in orthopedics, vascular surgery and anaplasty.
- Juvora Peek Medical is configured for the permanent stay in the mouth.
- Peek Juvora is suitable for replacing structures that have so far been carried out either with alloys or with zirconium dioxide.
- Material that can be combined with itself or with other non-metallic and metallic materials by bonding or veneer.
- High rupture resistance and rigidity.
Juvora Peek Medical, behavior and density similar to that of the bone.
- Classification as a body-similar (bionic).
- Light structures and pleasant to wear.
- No hot or cold sensations, chemically inert.
- No reciprocal electrochemical effect with other materials in the mouth.
- Low friction coefficient, excellent abrasion resistance.
- Magicing effect and very good resistance to erosion, perfectly indicated for chronic bruxism.
Polyether ether ketone - pure, without additional additives (such as color pigments, zirconium dioxide, nano -glass or glass fibers).
- Removable and under certain conditions.
- Reentive restorations ("model casting"), telescopic structures.
- Intermediate friction caps.
- Fine prosthetic bases (eg total prosthesis).
- Internal monobloc bases on primary parts in zirconium dioxide in case of restorations of coverage prostheses.
- Fixing structures.
- Supra constructions screwed and implant-ported.
- Fully anatomical chewing areas (ideally adapted to bruxism).
PEEK is a partially crystalline high performance polymer. This material has very high rigidity with low elasticity.
- With an appropriate construction, the PEEK has high shock resistance.
- Characteristics must be taken into account for all constructions.
- Too fine constructions would promote too high residual elasticity with risk of cracks in the transition between material and finishing resins.
- Similar edges, coarse dumblacking must be avoided.
- The machining must have round edges with soft transitions.
For information, the dimension of a PEEK machining must be around 20 to 30% higher than that of a metal.
Juvora disk Peek - Indications.
- Complete and partial removable dentures.
- Dental prostheses on implant implants and bars.
- Anterior and posterior crowns.
- Posterior bridges 3 units (maximum 1 inter).
