Juvora, PEEK disc suitable for CAD-CAM manufacturing, can be machined wet or dry.

Polyether ether ketone - pure, without additional additives (such as color pigments, zirconium dioxide, nano -glass or glass fibers).

PEEK is a partially crystalline high performance polymer. This material has very high rigidity with low elasticity.

• With an appropriate construction, the PEEK has high shock resistance.
• Characteristics must be taken into account for all constructions.
• Too fine constructions would promote too high residual elasticity with risk of cracks in the transition between material and finishing resins.
• Similar edges, coarse dumblacking must be avoided.
• The machining must have round edges with soft transitions.

For information, the dimension of a PEEK machining must be around 20 to 30% higher than that of a metal.
