CALABRA M RAPID - High precision coating for the casting technique on model.

Technical data:

Put the model of a fine coating or treat it with a regulatory agent.

• To fill the cylinders, use the expansor liquid, diluted to 50% water.
• If this ratio is not respected, cracks could be applied to the surface of the cylinder. Fill the cylinder over a vibrator.
• Unmolding after 35 minutes.

Calibra-M rapid, after 35 min, bake the cylinders preferably in a cold oven. Hold at 240 ° C for 40 minutes.

• Program the flow temperature at 950 ° C at 1000 ° C.
• Maintains for 45 to 60 minutes.
• The best expansion is obtained with a heating at the rate of 5 ° C/minute.

Calibra M, once the maintenance period in the oven has passed, proceed to the casting as usual.

• After the casting, wait until the masselotte is redder.
• Once the cylinders are slightly cooled in the open air, immerse them completely in the water.
• In this way, demouflage becomes very easy.

Calibra-M® powder: Store at 18-25ºC. Maintain well closed packaging out of humidity.

• Expansor Store at 18-25ºC: prolonged exposure to a temperature below 5ºC or greater than 35ºC can cause freezing and/or destabilization of the product.
• Maintain well closed packaging after each use.
• Prolonged air exposure can cause crystallization.

Duplicate model: For 200 g of powder, use the following mixture: 17 ml Expansor + 17 ml distilled water.

Cylinder: For 400 g of powder, use the following mixture: 34 ml Expansor +34 ml distilled water.

Prepare the liquid according to the desired concentration, add the powder to the liquid and vigorously mix 60 s. Mechanical mixture under vacuum, for 30 s.

Delivery: Cardboard 18 kg (45 sachets of 400 gr.)
