Eco-Cryl resin: user manual:

Dress swelling time for 10 -20 minutes, at a temperature of 22 ºC.

Proportion for 1 prosthesis: 21 g powder / 18 ml liquid.
For 2 prostheses: 42 g powder / 36 ml liquid
Use the doses provided with the product.

As soon as the material, after swelling, no longer sticks to the fingers, it can be used for 15 minutes, at a temperature of 22 ºC.

ECO-CRYL resin Preparation of the MOUFLE:

Prepare the plaster in a Special microwave mitte with keyboards or screws, eliminate wax with hot water.

For the microwave polymerization, use an appropriate mit on microwave.
Never put a bronze mit on a microwave.
Put the plaster of a separator varnish.
Let dry.

For the filling of the higher counterpart of the mitt, we recommend the use of a fluid plaster that does not require any vibration.

To ensure the connection with the resin, to turn off the teeth well and wet with the monomer.

Eco-Cryl resin Preparation of the dough:

Dose the powder and liquid in the recommended proportion.
Spatulate for about 60 seconds, avoiding introducing air into the mixture.
Cover the container and let stand 10-20 minutes to let the resin swell.

From this moment, the resin will remain malleable for a maximum of 30 minutes. (in a closed container and at a temperature of 22 ºC).
