When using Heraceram NP-Print, a specific cooling linked to the expansion of the non-precious metal alloy is no longer necessary.
- The Heraceram NP-Print dough is thixotropic.

- Viscosity that can be readjusted by carefully increasing the Opaque Paste Heraceram Liquid (POL).
- The use of more fluid liquids of ceramic ranges made by other competitors is not indicated.
After the finish, the surface of the cosmetic covering of the non -precious metal reinforcement is sanded with disposable Corindon from 110 to 125 µm (al₂o₃, 3 to 4 bar).
- Clean carefully afterwards (for example using a steam cleaner).
- Oxidation cooking is not necessary.
- The Heraceram NP-Print Paste ready to use is applied in a very fine layer.
- Homogeneous material on the cosmetic cover surface of non -precious metal reinforcements.
- Use of an opaque paste brush and cook under vacuum.
- After cooking, the covered surface has a silky shine.
- The surface is thus prepared for the application of ceramics.
