• Full cleaning the model, removing wax residues and other materials.
• Place the required amount of material in a container.
• If you isolate resin -based models, apply a single layer of palaferm using a soft brush.
• If you isolate plaster models, apply two layers of palaferm using a soft brush.
• Wait until the first layer of insulation is completely dry before applying the second layer.
• Optimal insulation can be obtained thanks to a uniform application on a cooled plaster/resin model.
• Palaferm dries in 2 to 4 minutes depending on the thickness of the applied layer and the ambient temperature.
• Prosthetic resin must be applied immediately after full drying.
• Be sure not to generate beads or create excessive residues.
• Advice: Dry plaster models should be moistened with water before insulation (approx. 5 to 15 min. Depending on the level of drought).
• Humidification avoids the penetration of air bubbles into the resin during the pressure polymerization process.
• Conservation: Do not use the product beyond the deadline for conservation.
• Keep at a temperature between -1 and 25 ° C.
• Always store in the original packaging.
• After decanation, do not put the residue back into the container.
